Vanessa and Gunter are simply the best! Stayed in constant communication with me and there was never an issue with their property. This was my second time staying there as I was just here in November 2022. Easy checkin and checkout! You’ve got to stay here and the view of the Beach is immaculate!!!!! Everything you need is at the apartment (apartment ID 791)!!!!!

Ficamos pelo período de 3 meses enquanto fazíamos obra no nosso apartamento. Somos eu, meu marido e meu filho. As instalações são ótimas e iguais às das fotos. Vanessa e seu marido Gunther são atenciosos e nos atenderam prontamente nas nossas demandas, inclusive instalaram um filtro de água a nosso pedido. O apartamento (no 872 em Botafogo) é perto do metrô e tem comércio por perto (Hortifruti). Super recomendo!

Nós realmente gostamos da nossa estadia e nos sentimos em casa no apartamento em Botafogo (apartment-no 872). Gunther e Vanessa foram prestativos e responderam rapidamente a todas as perguntas. O apartamento é muito agradável e espaçoso, e os quartos são maiores do que parecem nas fotos. As instalações do edifício também são ótimas, tanto a piscina quanto a academia. A varanda tem uma luz solar muito agradável à tarde entre 14-17 e uma rede confortável. Altamente recomendado para ficar aqui, tanto para estadias curtas quanto para estadias mais longas.

Right on Copacabana beach and close to everything. Vanessa and Günter were extremely responsive and make the checking in and out process effortless. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Rio!

This is a very fantastic place (apt 791, https://homesinrio.com/properties/luxury-3-bedroom-flat). It has a great location it is close to many of the other tourist areas. Vanessa the host was a pleasure to work with. Communicated with us well. Made sure we have everything we need and was available for us at the time of our stay. She was very accommodating to our needs and made sure that we were well taken care of. Will definitely recommend this host and this flat.
I've stayed in many Airbnb's in Rio. This (penthouse No 702) is one of the best no doubt. Quality in furnishings, architecture and decoration that many other rentals lack. Highly recommend.

we will once more convience you that our stay in February and March in the apartment in Urca really was a hit. Everything functioned very well, from the first contact with you until the day when we had to leave.
Urca is of course a very special place in Rio; quiet, wonderful surroundings, close to water and recreation-areas, nice restaurangs, nice Sunday--market etc.
And the apartment was also well-equipped, both the kitchen and all the other rooms and facilities. Claudia was all the time a great help for us to keep everything in order. She always knew what to be done in the apartment In all we are very happy (and lucky) that we came in contact with you and we hope you can help us to find a place to stay next time we visit Rio. Of course it would be great if we had a chance to rent the apartment number 201 on Av Portugal also then.

Das Apartment war sehr schön, alles war sauber und wurde auch während unseres Aufenthaltes von der wöchentlichen Reinigungskraft sauber gehalten.
Außerdem spiegelte die Darstellung im Internet genau die Realität wider.
Es war alles bestens und zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit.
Wir reisen nun schon seit ca. 15 Jahren nach Rio und möchten Ihnen,(ohne schmeicheln zu wollen) mitteilen, dass wir solch einen perfekten Service in Brasilien (speziell in Rio) bislang noch nicht erlebt haben.

I have been renting Apartments in Argentina, Brasil and Chile for more than five years. This was the BEST experience to date. It exceeded all expectations. The apartment (no. 430) was well-equipped, clean and beautiful. Lars and Gunter were always available to respond to questions. I wish they managed apartments all over the world!
We very much enjoyed the apartment-no. 613 we had in Rio for five days. It was in a 24 hour guarded building, close to Copacabana Beach and transportation. The apartment was clean, the tenants were quiet and we especially liked the code feature rather than having a key. It was a nice change from a hotel and we would recommend this.
We had a great time and in the end we were very pleased with the quality of the apartment (703) and the service from homesinrio. I will be sure to recommend you to my friends/family

Great place to stay (Penthouse 702)... As advertised... great appliances and once a week maid service.. view is unbelievable ... host is always available for questions... building is nice with doorman.. all in all fantastic place... would highly recommend to anyone who wishes to stay in great location with great amenities . Extrem großzügig, daß wir schon um 6:30h morgens einchecken konnten. Das Apartment (791) ist sehr großzügig, Platz für Anziehsachen ohne Ende, alles sauber und gut organisiert. Transport vom Flughafen durch die Gastgeber organisiert, also alles ganz entspannt, obwohl ich in Brasilien aufgewachsen bin und daher Portugiesisch spreche. Vanessa / Günter haben mehrfach nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung sei oder wir Unterstützung brauchen. Lage: Copacabana Strand, was soll man noch mehr dazu sagen. Waschmaschine in der Wohnung, falls mal ein Malheur mit dem Lieblingskleid passiert. Rundherum SEHR empfehlenswert.

La ubicación es la mejor, todo cerca, la vista es maravillosa, lo mejor de todo fue la atención, ya que nos orientaron mucho en varios aspectos y todas las dudas o pequeños detalles no ayudaron al instante. El departamento está muy bien equipado, en caso de faltar algo, los anfitriones lo tenían disponible en menos de 24 horas. Gracias a ellos pasamos unas vacaciones increíbles, cómodas, con la mejor atención. 100% recomendable. Sobre todo muy familiar.
