We work on your request
- We analyze your request and compare it with the database of our flats.
- We send you first offers or ask for more details.
You decide to rent a flat
- You send us your booking request.
- We block the flat for you.
- We send you a prepayment request – 30% in low season and 50% in high season of the rental price. We will inform you about the necessary security deposit at check-in.
You make the prepayment
1 week before you arrive
- We ask you for your flight data.
- We will ask you for the names of all tenants, who will stay in the flat, because we will register everybody in the building and at the doormen.
- We will offer you to book a driver, who will pick you up at the airport. This service helps you and us to guarantee a smooth arrival, even if your flight is delayed. The driver will wait at the airport for you, call us as soon as he picked you up and inform us at what time he will arrive at the flat (The transport from Rio international airport to south zone of Rio takes around 35 minutes with no traffic at all, but can take 2 hours with traffic jam.
- Someone of our team will wait at the flat, normally in front of the building, for your arrival.
- A homesinrio team member will show you the flat and explain everything. You pay the open rental balance and a security deposit.
- Most flats have an electronic door lock. In case you arrive very delayed, it might be we have no one available to meet you in the moment of your arrival. In this case we send you the door code, you check in and later someone of our team will meet with you , explain the flat and charge the open balance in case of cash payment.
During your stay
- We are available for all questions and help you with all problems.
Check out day
- Someone of our team will meet with you in the flat, return the security deposit and help you to check out.
