The two bedroom apartment is located in a safe neighbourhood at the corner between Copacabana and Ipanema.
Both beaches are within walking distance of minutes, Copacabana 2 minutes and 6 minutes to Ipanema. To the next metrostation you walk about 7 minutes.

Being situated on the ninth floor and in the backside of the building there is no noise from the street.

The apartment is about 90 square meters big and has two small balconies.

DVD, Safe, Sony audio stereo, telephone, high speed Internet, air condition, ventilator.

Both bedrooms with queen size beds (160×200), air condition, ventilator and 21 inch stereo-cable -TV, wardrobes,
bed tables, 2 bathrooms (one of them in the suite).

In the building you find a good equipped gym with a sauna. To use the gym you have to pay a daily, weekly or monthly fee.
There is another apart hotel pool, which you can use (free) on weekends. During the week the pool is used by the gym and can be used only by the members of the gym.

The apart hotel has an high standard of security. There are cameras in the lobby and on every floor.

Several doorkeepers take care of all matters like reservations for restaurants, calling taxis and more.
Normally there are always taxis waiting in front of the entrance or coming by every 20-30 seconds.
