This new and very nice furnished apartment is the best of all the penthouses in this building.
It is a double floor duplex penthouse with two bedrooms and private pool.
It is located in a safe neighbourhood at the corner between Copacabana and Ipanema.
Both beaches are within walking distance of minutes (Copacabana 1 minute and 4 minutes to Ipanema).

The apart hotel has an extremely high standard of security. There are cameras in the lobby and on every floor. Several doorkeepers take care of all matters like reservations for restaurants, calling taxis and more. Normally there are always taxis waiting in front of the entrance, but coming by every 20-30 seconds.
At night the entrance is closed and the doorkeeper opens the door only for hotel guests.
Visitors are accepted by the apart hotel without any extra costs.
