Hello Mr Flemig,

we will once more convience you that our stay in February and March 2007 in the apartment in Urca really was a hit. Everything functioned very well, from the first contact with you until the day when we had to leave.
Urca is of course a very special place in Rio; quiet, wonderful surroundings, close to water and recreation-areas, nice restaurangs, nice Sunday--market etc.

And the apartment was also well-equiped, both the kitchen and all the other rooms and facilities. Claudia was all the time a great help for us to keep everthing in order. She always knew what to be done in the apartment In all we are very happy (and lucky) that we came in contact with you and we hope you can help us to find a place to stay next time we visit Rio. Of course it would be great if we had a chanse to rent the apartment number 201 on Av Portugal also then.
