It was approximately four years in construction and every area evidences detailed attention paid to color, lighting, and furnishings. Yet - the whole feel is one of warmth and kick your shoes off informality.

One of the key features of the villa is the staff who works well as a team and thoroughly enjoys their guests. The level of attention can range from unobtrusive cleaning services and total privacy to full hotel services with all concierge attention and all meals served. The staff is well acquainted with the charms of Rio de Janeiro and its environs and is delighted to show you the charms of Lapa and the nightlife of Rio or to bring you to their favorite local gym for a work-out.

The house sleeps 5 couples and 3 or 4 children but is not suitable for more than 5 single guests.

Security:
The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood and the third floor pool and living area are quiet zone after 11PM. The house a security system with alarm buttons directly connected to the police and a police station nearby. Despite of that in the street didn't happen anything in the last 10 years.
