It was approximately four years in construction and every area evidences detailed attention paid to color, lighting, and furnishings. Yet - the whole feel is one of warmth and kick your shoes off informality.

Security:
The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood and the third floor pool and living area are quiet zone after 11PM. The house a security system with alarm buttons directly connected to the police and a police station nearby. Despite of that in the street didn't happen anything in the last 10 years. Due to security at gate - no unregistered guests have access.

Four of the bedrooms are private suites with attached bath - most with marble baths and jacuzzi's. The library has a pull down murphy bed - double. All of these 5 bedrooms have a sitting area with sofa and club chairs, cocktail table etc/ Bedrooms 6 is a cabana style bedroom with twin bunks- very much like a sailing ship cabin with closet, drawers, desk etc. All of the bedrooms are air conditioned and are luxury in appointments.
