1. You send us an email-request concering an apartment rental. You should specify the following
- arrival date
- departure date
- How many persons you are
- How many men, women, children (This is important because many apartments do NOT rent to single men.
- The number of bedrooms
- Your preferred district
- ...

| 2. All your informations will occur inside our bookings-system to all realtors we are working together. They will answer as fast as they can. Depending on your request this might take some hours, sometimes it takes weeks. |

| 3. Homesinrio will translate and coordinate these different offers. We send you these offers by email. |

| 4. If you do not like these offers or if you have further questions you send us another email and we will anser as fast as possible until you decide to book. |

5. If you decide to book an apartment you send us your booking request: "I would like to book apartment x" |
| |
6. Homesinrio will now contact the realtor or the owner of the apartment and will ask them to reserve this apartment for you. After the owner or the realtor confirmed the reservation we will send you a request for payment. Now it is important that you make the prepayment of 30-50% fast because the owner will only reserve the apartment for a few days. If he doesn't get a prepayment he will give the apartment to someone else. |

7. You make the prepayment to our bank account of with paypal.com. |

8. As soon as we received the prepayment we will make the prepayment to the owner too. Now the apartment is confirmed. We will send you the booking confirmation with all important data like:
- Complete adress of the apartment
- Your contact partner in Rio
- ..
